This document is a public offer for using the Vazifador service. By signing up on the website or starting to use the service, you accept these terms in full.
1. The service
Vazifador is an online platform for preparing English homework, sending it to students via Telegram, checking it and analysing results (the teacher panel, the Telegram bot and the Mini App).
The service is provided “as is” and is continuously updated.
2. Sign-up and account
The user enters correct details and confirms their phone number via Telegram. The user is responsible for keeping the password secret.
One account is opened per phone number.
3. Trial and plans
A new account gets a free trial; its length is shown in the panel. After the trial the service is paid according to the chosen plan.
Plans, prices and limits are published on the website and in the panel and may change. The monthly “tasks” limit is the number of tasks delivered to students.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, cash or card; study centers receive an invoice. The subscription is extended once the payment is confirmed.
When a subscription expires, the panel may switch to view-only mode; data is not deleted.
5. Data ownership
The teacher or center owns the student data in their workspace and is responsible for obtaining the consent of students (for minors — of their legal representatives). Vazifador processes this data on the user's instructions.
Questions written to the shared question bank become shared for all users; writing personal data in questions is prohibited.
6. User obligations
Not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to violate the rights of others, including copyright, and not to attempt to compromise the system's security.
7. Liability
Questions and grades generated by AI are an assistive tool; sending a task and confirming the final grade is the teacher's decision. Vazifador is not liable for indirect damages.
8. Termination
The user may stop using the service at any time. Vazifador may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
9. Disputes
Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
