This page explains what personal data Vazifador (the vazifador.uz website, the teacher panel, the Telegram bot and the Mini App) collects, what we use it for and how we protect it. Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
1. What we collect
When you sign up on the website: full name, phone number, password (stored only in hashed form), center name, city and number of students (optional), the chosen language, and the identifier of the Telegram account that confirmed the number.
When you use the service: groups, students' names and phone numbers entered by the teacher or center, tasks, answers, results and teacher notes; students' photos of writing and voice answers for speaking.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and request times — for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
To open your account and confirm your number, provide the service (preparing, sending and checking tasks, showing results), support, payment records, security and improving the service.
We do not sell data to third parties for advertising.
3. Artificial intelligence (AI)
We use the Google Gemini model to create questions and grade writing and speaking. A student's name, phone number and Telegram data are never sent to the AI — only the answer text or audio, an internal ID and statistics. Names in teacher notes are replaced before sending.
4. How long we keep it
Students' voice answers and photos of writing are deleted automatically 60 days after grading; the score, AI feedback and text remain.
The password of an unconfirmed sign-up is deleted when it expires; the sign-up record itself is deleted after 180 days.
Account data is kept while the service is provided and for the period required by law.
5. Where it is stored
Files are stored in an S3-compatible cloud storage service. Data is transferred over secure channels and access is limited by role. Any transfer of data outside Uzbekistan is carried out in accordance with the law.
6. Who can see it
A teacher sees only their own students; a center sees only the data in its own workspace. Phone numbers are partly hidden in lists. The platform team accesses data only for support and security, and such access is logged.

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data and to withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated; a new version takes effect on the day it is published on this page.
